Hey everyone! Well, this is the about page. It's not really much of a page. I'll update it eventually. Anyways.... My name is Poppy. I'm also known as icedtea8106 on YouTube. :D In case you haven't figured it out, i am a girl. i think that was pretty obvious though. Lets see....oh, i know! you might wonder how i got into the sims and machinima....am i right? if i'm not, who cares, i'm telling you anyway. My brother got me hooked onto the sims. I was about 8 years old. I remember going up to him (he was 16 then), and i asked if i could play what he was playing. Well, him being him told me "I'll show you, but the game's too hard for you." I didn't believe him. The rest was a blur pretty much. I just remember playing that game for the longest time that day. i was such a nerd then. actually i still am. - my friends call me weird, but hey! at least i'm not boring! ^_^ Oh, and i'm also a bit of a 'House' fanatic - you know...the show, House M.D. Anywyas, i got into machinima towards the end of my freshman year old HS. i had been watching mgsffxgirl's "teenagers" and "after teenagers" series for awhile by then, and i finally decided to start up my own series. there's not much else to that story. :D
How my screen name, production name, and video's came to LIFE:
first, when i was thinkig of my screenname for YT, i just so happened to be drinking some homemade iced tea (strangely enough, that cup of tea was the best tasting EVER!) Now, after having my first cup of coffee, i was like, "this is Heaven..." lmao. I am seriously obssessed with coffee, but i try not to drink it too much. And well, since i have such a big love for coffee, i decided to "deticate" my prod. title to it... i'm like addictd to starbuck's white chocolate mocha. best stuff ever. it's like crack in a cup. haha. :D I guess that's it. now, shoo shoo. jk, go ahead and enjoy your visit to the site! ^_^
